What fuel card should I get?

The best fuel card for you depends on your specific needs, fleet size, and preferred fuel stations, locations you Travel around. Please contact us at 01525 300 040 or email hello@fuelcardcentre.co.uk for a personalised recommendation.

Do you charge for fuel cards?

We don't usually charge for Fuelcards used through us. However there is a cost behind them. So any unused cards after 3 months maybe cancelled by the system automatically. There can be some surcharges depending on the type of Fuelcard.

We advise to avoid Supermarkets on any accepted Fuelcards in those places as they will incur a surcharge. Please ask for more details.

How will I be invoiced?

We offer flexible invoicing options to suit your accounting needs. Typically,you receive your invoice via email each Tuesday, for transactions from the previous week. Or if you require just one invoice per month, you will receive it on the last Tuesday of the month. 

What should I do if a fuel card is lost or stolen?

If a fuel card is lost or stolen, it is crucial to report it to us immediately. You can do this by calling us on 01525 300 040 during business hours. We will promptly cancel the card to prevent unauthorised use and arrange for a replacement. With most of our Fuelcards you will have access to the online Portal. Where you can Pause, Stop or order Fuelcards.

Can I get copy invoices?

Yes, you can request copy invoices if needed. Please contact our customer service team with your account details, and we will be happy to assist you in providing the necessary documentation.

How many fuel cards can I have?

You can have multiple fuel cards to suit the needs of your fleet, whether you have one vehicle or many. We can discuss your requirements and set up an appropriate number of cards for your business.

Do my fuel cards require PINs?

Many of our fuel cards utilise PINs for enhanced security and to protect against unauthorised use. We will provide full details on PIN management when you set up your account.

How do I order replacement fuel cards?

Ordering replacement fuel cards is straightforward. Simply contact our customer support team, and they will guide you through the process and arrange for new cards to be issued promptly.
